At any time, the show's producers can trigger a vote which asks the audience to make key decisions: who they want to dump from the island, who should go on dates with whom, or any manner of other critical questions. Using the free in-app voting, the audience enjoy a visual, slick voting experience.
Additionally, a range of interactive real-time elements include polls, swing'o'meters and raters that form a key part of the spin-off show Aftersun. Their "Massive Poll" feature generates huge numbers of fans to engage.
The Love Island Shop, powered by our Show Stores solution, proved a continued success, taking the user on a journey from the point of interaction to the checkout with over £5m of merchandise sales recorded within the eight weeks of the live show.
Offering an exclusive route to purchasing the famous personalised Love Island bottles, wash bags, mobile phone covers and wristbands, fans flocked to the app in their droves to buy their personalised items.

In addition to the official Love Island Shop, our "Click to Buy" feature provided a dedicated area for interactive shoppers to ‘buy the look’, perusing the wardrobe of the contestants and driving huge traffic to official partner Missguided, who reported a massive 9,000% increase in sales for the period.

With high-street retailer Superdrug taking the Sponsorship top-spot, there were an additional eleven commercial partners.
With an increase in demand for meaningful partnerships, the app helped ITV's partnerships team deliver value to brands including Samsung, MissGuided and Kelloggs, who partnered to create the hit daily Podcast.
