Senior Digital Designer, London

Our digital products are global, regularly reach the #1 App Store spot, and break new ground in fan interaction. We're looking for someone to come and take a leading role in designing a new generation of digital ideas, products and pitches in entertainment and sports. 

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll have an awesome online portfolio of apps, games and websites. Your work will speak for itself, be pixel-perfect but with flair and versatility. UX design knowledge is an advantage. You’ll be proactive, a great communicator and enjoy working as part of a highly collaborative team. If you’re great at what you do, have the work to prove it, and you’re nice, we’d love to talk.

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of experience

  • A background in a design studio or digital agency with international clients

  • A strong design portfolio of modern, fresh and beautiful app and interactive solutions for variety of screens and platforms

  • An ultra sharp eye for typography, detail and quality

  • Contagious positive attitude towards creating products people love

  • Experience of producing prototypes and giving design and motion guidance to the team

  • Experience of producing work from pitches and presentations

  • Experience in presenting work internally and to clients

  • A collaborative mindset with an energy to inspire team members of different disciplines

  • Strong self organisation and planning skills

    Our client-base spans the worlds of TV and Sport including ITV, Carlsberg, UEFA, World Rugby, adidas, Fremantle, BBC Worldwide and The Voice producer Talpa.

    LViS is our award-winning enterprise interactivity platform, upon which many successful gaming, voting, sports tracking and other experiences are built. This role focuses on delivering digital app products based on the platform which support TV shows, sports events and sponsorship campaigns.

    With a series of new client wins in sports and entertainment, we are looking for a senior digital producer to come and help us seize the moment and help us deliver remarkable apps for our clients.

    What we're looking for:

    • A background in digital product management, production or project management within a digital/mobile agency or TV environment

    • Delivery experience of mobile web and native iOS and Android apps

    • Agile experience, as scrum master or equivalent

    • A fan of the lean startup philosophy

    • Customer focus and positive, can-do attitude

    • Commercial understanding of the business context in which you work

    • High-level technical understanding, comfortable in a dev team standup

    • Excellent written skills in English

    • Fluency in other European languages a plus, but not a requirement

    • Strong communication skills: running meetings, pitching ideas, phone calls with clients

    • Calm and proactive approach

    • A sharp eye for detail and quality
